• 3:30 pm - Check-in
• 4:00 pm - Putting Clinic
• 5:00 pm - Golf Cart Decorating
• 5:30 pm - Shot Gun Start
• 8:00 pm - Awards and Fiesta Celebration

  READ THE RULES AND REGULATIONS HERE: 

1. Team Composition: Four (4) woman per team. Each team selects a team captain responsible for decision-making during the tournament.  
2. Tees and Format: The tournament will be played in a Team Scramble format from the forward/red tees. Each player hits a tee shot, and the team selects the best shot to play from for the next shot. This process continues until the ball is holed. If a player is not present and a team is playing as a threesome, one member of the threesome may (on a rotational basis) hit or putt to compensate for the fourth person. Place balls within one club length of the original ball. In placing the ball, you may not change the condition of the shot.  If the ball is in a bunker or rough, all members of the team must play their shot from the bunker or rough. 
3. Tee Times: Shot gun start is 5:30 pm. Teams must arrive at no later than 5:00 pm minutes to allow time for check in and to be in the golf carts by 5:20 pm. 
4. Scoring: The team's score is the total number of strokes taken to complete the 9 holes. In the event of a tie, final results will be decided by a Pioria playoff. 
5. Rules of Play: Mulligans or gimmies are not permitted unless specified by the tournament organizers. 
6. Pace of Play: Teams are expected to maintain a steady pace of play. 
7. Disputes and Decisions: Any disputes or rule clarifications should be brought to the attention of the tournament officials immediately. The decision of the tournament committee is final. 
8. Prizes and Awards: Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams based on their net scores. Additional prizes may be awarded for closest-to-the-pin or longest drive contests. 
9. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner. Respect for fellow competitors, course staff, and equipment is mandatory. 
10. Safety Precautions: Players are responsible for their own safety on the course. In case of inclement weather, tournament officials may suspend play or cancel the event for safety reasons.

By participating in the 9-hole golf tournament in team scramble format, all players agree to abide by these rules and regulations set forth by the tournament organizers. Enjoy the game and good luck!
